Effective immediately, the following refund policy is in effect.
Spring & Summer Showcases
No refunds will be granted once the individual showcase fee has been paid.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, if a player must withdraw from the organization once selected and initial payment is made, refunds will be subject to the following schedule:
- Refund requested prior to October 1st – 25% of the total league fee will be withheld
- Refund requested between October 1st and December 31st – 50% of the total league fee will be withheld
- No refunds will be granted after December 31st
An written request noting the reason for the withdrawal must be submitted to and approved by the Cobra Board prior to any refunds being issued.
